Staff
Dr. Robert “Rob” Pelaez, PT, DPT
Rob has a lengthy background in both competing and coaching competitive baseball at the high school and collegiate levels, and is passionate about assisting young athletes, as well as active adults, in achieving their respective goals while promoting optimal physical function.
Rob and his wife recently moved to Palm Beach County to escape the frigid winters of the northeast. He enjoys spending time at the beach, drinking Cuban coffee, cheering on his Miami sports teams, and spoiling his fur baby, Ruby the Golden Retriever. He is very thankful to be given the opportunity to serve his new community on a 1-to-1 basis at Saylor.

Dr. Austin Teall, PT, DPT
Dr. Austin Teall, PT, DPT, is a native of Tampa, Florida. He completed his undergraduate education at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL receiving a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology. While at FSU, he played D3 hockey and helped lead his team to a Savannah Hockey Classic Championship. He also served as a captain in his Junior and Senior seasons. His Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree was completed at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
Austin enjoys playing golf, playing hockey, and coaching youth hockey in his free time. He recently moved to Palm Beach Gardens with his girlfriend and her Mini Goldendoodle, Theo.
Dr. Tyler Siebert PT, DPT
Dr. Tyler Siebert PT, DPT, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from
Saint Xavier University in 2019. He then obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy
degree from Governors State University in 2022. Tyler began his path towards
becoming a physical therapist after watching the effect it had on assisting his great-
grandmother improve and maintain her function for many years after several
surgeries.
Tyler also has a passion for sports and enjoys assisting athletes in
returning to their sport of choice at their maximum ability. Throughout his career
thus far, he has worked in the outpatient setting treating a multitude of
musculoskeletal conditions and also has experience treating patients with
neurological and vestibular conditions. In his free time, Tyler loves watching sports,
especially his hometown-Chicago teams. He also enjoys playing basketball and has
recently taken up golfing.
Meredith Landers LPTA, PTA
Meredith Landers LPTA, PTA was born in Detroit, Michigan, and moved down to Jupiter, Florida in 2001 and has been a part of this community since then. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida in Psychology and went on to South University to earn her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She is passionate about giving the highest level of care to each one of her patients. When she isn’t working she can be found at the beach soaking up the sun.
Melissa Doerzbacher, LPTA, PTA
Melissa Doerzbacher, LPTA, PTA is a Jupiter, FL native and attended the University of Central Florida where she received her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Keiser University where she earned her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
She has extensive experience in the outpatient setting and was an instructor in the Keiser University PTA program where she taught Kinesiology and Therapeutic Exercise for several years. Melissa is committed to providing patients with individualized care that cater to their specific goals, whether it be returning to sport or simply improving overall quality of life.
Melissa is a loyal Miami Heat and Dolphins fan and spends her free time golfing, paddle boarding, and with her dog Lux.
Garrett Seegers LPTA, PTA
Garrett Seegers LPTA, PTA is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida who earned his associate of science degree at South University in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Garrett is a licensed PTA/CLT and prior to working at Saylor Garrett worked in the inpatient setting treating patients in multiple units such as surgical intensive care, medical intensive care, stroke, and orthopedic. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys playing instruments and weightlifting.
Amy Workinger
Amy Workinger is a 2nd generation Floridian Born at St Mary’s hospital. She was raised in the city of Lake Worth Beach and is currently enrolled in Palm Beach State College to achieve an Associate’s degree in Medical Billing and Coding.
She is a mother to three beautiful daughters and a mimi to two beautiful granddaughters. In her free time, she is an avid fisher and loves spending time with her family & Friends.
Reagan Scherpe
Reagan Scherpe is recently new to Florida moving here all the way from Illinois. She enjoys her time teaching color guard, riding bikes, going to the beach, and playing with dogs. Reagan graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelors’s in Athletic Training. In the near future, Reagan plans on pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree to continue her dream of becoming a Physical Therapist. She is excited to be a part of the Saylor Physical Therapy team.
Emily Leon
Emily Leon was born in South Florida and has lived in many states along the Northeast coast such as New York and North Carolina. She loves the outdoors, theatre, and all things horror. In her free time, you can catch her at Universal Orlando, enjoying nature, or at the gym!
