We Communicate: We will provide a copy of Initial PT Evaluations, including Plan of Care and Treatment Goals. We will send progress reports to your office prior to upcoming follow-up visits to keep you informed of patient status.

We will also let you know if your patient fails to schedule their initial evaluation or follow-up appointments. Communication is KEY!

Convenience for all. Referring to Saylor PT is effortless. We strive to schedule new patient appointments the same week the referral is received.

We are an IN-NETWORK MEDICARE provider, and promptly file electronically on our patients behalf for all other insurance companies.
