Dr. Morgan Adams PT, DPT

Dr. Morgan Adams PT, DPT

Dr. Morgan Adams PT, DPT, is originally from West Virginia where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University in 2019 where she continued on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. She recently moved to North Carolina this past year. Morgan grew up playing competitive basketball where she received physical therapy as a teenager due to multiple injuries. This is when she decided she wanted to become a Physical Therapist and help rehab others in the future, as her therapist did for her.

Morgan has spent the past 2.5 years splitting her experience in the settings of neurorehabilitation and orthopedic outpatient private practice. Along the way, Morgan has had the privilege of working with and providing care to patients with strokes, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries as well as post operative, sport injuries, and work induced injuries. She prioritizes individualized and patient specific care to allow optimal recovery in order to perform their recreational and daily activities in a pain free & functional manner. She plans to achieve her Dry Needling Certification in order to further optimize the quality of care she provides to her patients.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys going to the gym, hiking, and spending time outdoors. She is proud to be the newest team member of Saylor Physical Therapy!

Dr. Natoya Lacy PT, DPT

Dr. Natoya Lacy PT, DPT

Dr. Natoya Lacy PT, DPT, is originally from Pinehurst, NC. She went to UNC Charlotte and obtained her BS in Exercise Science in 2017. In 2018 she started PTA school at CPCC and graduated in 2020. She has since been a PTA for 5 years. Natoya decided to go back to school to fulfill her dream of becoming a PT because she has a passion for helping people along in their physical healing journey. It’s very rewarding watching someone do something they thought they couldn’t or return to a part of their life that they thought they would never get back to.

Fun facts: Natoya has three brothers and one is her twin. She loves trying new brunch spots and she is an assistant track coach for one of the local high schools in Charlotte. If she’s not at a brunch spot or on the track, you can find her serving on the worship team and the hospitality team at her church.

Tyler Naylor LPTA, PTA

Tyler Naylor LPTA, PTA

Tyler Naylor LPTA, PTA is the newest addition to Saylor PT. She is originally from Delaware, but has lived in Charlotte for almost 10 years. Her favorite body part to treat is the knee and her favorite muscle (yes, she has a favorite) is the Rectus Femoris because it helps move two joints! She loves to see the difference that physical therapy and education can make for her patients. She is a certified Pwr! 4 Life Therapist and she previously taught a small class for balance and Parkinson-specific individuals. She is currently in the process of setting one up with Saylor as well! Outpatient Physical Therapy is where she loves to be!

She and her husband I have two dogs, MacGyver and Lilly, and a 19 mo daughter, Evelyn. She is very active and is always keeping them on their toes! Taylor loves to be outside hiking, camping with her friends, reading a good book, lounging at the pool or ocean, or at a playground with her daughter. She is a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan (yes, even after their latest playoff game) and in the last two years she won and came in second place, respectively, in her fantasy football league.

Saylor Physical Therapy - Huntersville Kristen Barbee

Kristen Barbee

Kristen Barbee is a married mom of two children. She and her husband are both native North Carolinians who relocated to the Charlotte area just in time for their second child to be born. Kristen has a degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill but has found that working in administration in the medical field is more her speed. She has had several administration positions in
different medical offices through the years. Most recently, she has been a stay-at-home mom to her two children. She decided to come back to the workforce and join the Saylor family when her therapist, Amber, mentioned an opportunity. Kristen has been a patient of Amber’s at Saylor Physical Therapy for several years. She has become a huge proponent of physical therapy in general, and Saylor PT specifically. Kristen is happy to know that she has helped others improve their quality of life.

Kristen spends much of her free time as a Cub Scout leader, as well as a leader for a Scouts BSA Girls Troop. She enjoys hiking, camping, and anything that takes her and her family outdoors.

Schedule an appointment and we look forward to providing you with quality, individual, one-on-one care for one full hour.

“After dislocating my knee, tearing multiple ligaments, and fracturing my Tibia playing tackle football, it seemed like everyone told me my career as an athlete was over. Eight months and 2 surgeries later, not only do I have full flexion in my knee, I am also back in my cleats on the field. I owe it all to the staff at Saylor Physical Therapy. Many Thanks!!!! ”

Hileia F. - Palm Beach Gardens

“I came to Saylor Physical Therapy with shoulder pain and lack of mobility in my left shoulder. I was taking medication for relief. After eight sessions I was no longer in pain and had increased my range of motion. Not only was the pain gone but I had exercises that I could continue on my own. When I started working with the therapist my goal was to no longer need medication for my pain and that goal was reached.”

Judy A. - Lake Mary

“I have really enjoyed my experience here at Saylor PT. Everyone was so nice to me from the first day I walked in. Eric Ford is a great person. He knows his stuff. I have come a long ways. I couldn’t even lift my arm when I first came. Thanks to Eric I can lift it over my head. I have all my motion now. I am so thankful that I came here. I will miss everyone.”
