Dr. Brian Gaputis PT, DPT
Dr. Brian Gaputis PT, DPT is a dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and geriatric care. With a passion for restoring mobility and improving quality of life, Dr. Gaputis has spent years honing his expertise in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and age-related impairments.
After completing his undergraduate education at the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology, he went on to finish his post-graduate studies with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Missouri.
Whether working with athletes recovering from sports injuries or elderly individuals seeking to maintain independence and functionality, Dr. Gaputis prioritizes comprehensive care that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of rehabilitation.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Gaputis is actively involved in community outreach and education initiatives aimed at promoting health and wellness among diverse populations. He is dedicated to empowering individuals to take an active role in their own recovery and strives to foster a supportive environment where every patient feels heard, valued, and empowered on their journey to optimal health.

DR. KELLEY CARROLL PT, DPT
Dr. Kelley Carroll PT, DPT was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. Growing up, Kelley was a dancer and competitive roller skater developing knowledge of anatomy and growing her interest in strength and conditioning. Kelley was fortunate enough to shadow a family friend in the PT field and she fell in love with Physical Therapy. After high school, she attended Florida Atlantic University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Kelley then went on to attend University of St. Augustine where she received her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2019.
Kelley enjoys treating all patients but has a particular interest in treating patients with ankle injuries and low back pain as well as patients with neurological impairments including Parkinson’s Disease and history of stroke. When Kelley is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with her dogs, and going roller skating.
Dr. Katelyn Southwick, PT, DPT
Dr. Katelyn Southwick, PT, DPT was born and raised in Ohio. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Ashland University where she was a member of the varsity track and field team and club volleyball team.
In 2016, Katelyn earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Ohio University. She moved to Maryland shortly after where she gained valuable experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and worked with many local high school athletes as well as players of the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs, a minor league baseball team in Waldorf.
Katelyn moved to South Florida in late 2017 when given the opportunity to work for a privately-owned outpatient facility she had previously worked with during her clinical internships. There she worked with numerous collegiate and professional athletes in addition to managing a boutique clinic. Since then, she has continued to work with many athletes of all ages as well as with individuals in a mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation center.
Katelyn previously worked for Saylor Physical Therapy from 2020-2021 and returns part-time because it is an amazing company! Outside of work, her hobbies include outdoor adventures and traveling with her husband, daily walks with her dog, and anything active outdoors or on the water. She was born and raised in Ohio.
Christine Corbitt, LPTA, PTA,
Christine Corbitt, LPTA, PTA,, was born and raised in Palm Beach County, and obtained her Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from South University. With over 10 years of experience, Christine’s interest in physical therapy was sparked due to being involved in cheerleading for many years, and wanted to someday help others “get back in the game”. Throughout her physical therapy career, she has always enjoyed treating a variety of orthopedic conditions in an outpatient atmosphere ranging from teenagers to geriatric patients.
In September 2019, she furthered her education and expertise to obtain the GRASTON Technique Specialist credentialing (GTS) for another way to provide quality care to patients with soft tissue restrictions/injuries. Additionally, this year, Christine will be achieving the APTA APP Orthopedic Specialist title which is awarded to those who have completed an extensive amount of CEU’s in orthopedic conditions and has demonstrated required skills to a supervising PT via competency checklist. In her leisure time, Christine enjoys being outdoors; and loves Saylor!
Dr. Jacob Scott, PT, DPT
Dr. Jacob Scott, PT, DPT earned his Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences pre clinical from the University of Central Florida in 2018. He then went on to continue his education, earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Florida International University in 2022. His clinical educational background consists of treating various musculoskeletal conditions in a wide patient population ranging from young athletes to geriatric patients. In these experiences he was able to further his training in manual therapy techniques as well treat many orthopedic conditions using therapeutic exercise techniques. Being born and raised in Jupiter Florida, Jacob is very passionate about helping patients in his local community live a healthy lifestyle and return to whatever activities they enjoy doing to stay active. He found a passion for physical therapy as he was introduced to the career from an early age with his father also being a physical therapist as well as growing up playing many different sports such as football, baseball, and basketball. Coming from an athletic background, he is planning on earning his Titleist TPI certification, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and dry needling certification within the first few years of his career.
Outside of the clinic Jacob enjoys hanging at the beach/doing anything on the water, spending time with family and friends, as well as staying active by exercising, and playing various sports such as golf and pickleball.
Holly Whitford, (ATC, MPT, CKTP, and TPI)
Holly Whitford, (ATC, MPT, CKTP, and TPI) earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Central Florida in 2002 and her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 2006. She served as the Head Athletic Trainer for a National Cheerleading company for nearly 10 years and has over 10 years of experience working in outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics treating patients of all ages and skill levels including professional athletes. She is an APTA certified clinical instructor and has mentored many PT students from the U.S. and around the world. Holly had the unique opportunity to live in the UK in 2011 and work as a Physiotherapist for Amateur and Professional soccer players. She has completed many hours of training from the University of St. Augustine toward her Manual Therapy Training, is a certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner, TPI certified and will be completing her certification as a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist early next year. Holly was born and raised in South Florida. She has participated in many triathlons and adventure races, loves rock climbing and anything to do with the outdoors, is a regular paddle boarder, beachgoer, and can’t get enough Florida fun in the sun!
Lindsay Moretz LPTA, PTA
Lindsay Moretz LPTA, PTA earned her Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Central Florida in 2016, and went on to receive her associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistant at South University in 2019. Lindsay grew up in North Palm Beach and has spent her years growing up an athlete herself playing softball, flag football and weightlifting. She grew up knowing that movement was so important for the human body—hoping that someday she would help others understand as well. Lindsay has worked hand-and-hand with strokes, SCI and trauma patients in the acute care setting. Working as a therapist in a neurological setting for 2 1/2 years, Lindsay specialized in treating patients with movement disorders such as Parkinson’s Disease, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, and Huntington’s Disease.
Lindsay has gone through medical hardships with her heart and lungs that landed her in the hospital for 9 months, she then had to be on the other side of being a therapist, a patient herself. She grew more in love with what she does for a living and has a passion for having others get back on their feet both physically and mentally! This guided her to become a member of the Pulmonary Hypertension Association and she’s currently working on becoming part of the board of trustees. Her main goal is to help patients reach THEIR goals and improve their functional mobility. Lindsay plans to receive certifications in LSVT Big, Active Release Technique, Manual Therapy and Graston Technique!
Outside of being a therapist, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her beloved furry best friend, Harbour. She loves being social with her friends & family, getting out of the house and staying active!
Christopher Hoff, PTA, LPTA
Christopher Hoff, PTA, LPTA was born and raised in South Florida. He played football growing up and saw how injuries sometimes sidelined the best of players. His passion to learn about exercise for health benefits and injury prevention grew from his experiences. Chris earned his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University in 2016. He then graduated, in 2018, from Keiser University with an Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance. During his experience as a PTA student, Chris gained experience in pediatric PT, working with children with neurological and physical delays. He has over 4 years of experience with many orthopedic, vestibular, and balance related injuries or disorders.
Chris likes to spend his time out of work with his fiance Kassie, their dog Daisy, as well as golfing, hunting and other shooting sports.”
Derick Pierson LPTA, PTA, CLT
Derick Pierson LPTA, PTA, CLT is a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant with over 8 years of experience in providing high-quality care to patients.
Derick’s journey into the field of physical therapy began after a life-changing car accident in his youth, which led him to become a patient himself and discover his lifelong passion for helping others through rehabilitation.
Derick has a deep obsession for the human body and a love for helping others improve their physical well-being. Derick is a certified lymphedema therapist specializing in manual lymph drainage and complete decongestive therapy. He has worked with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgery, professional athletes seeking to enhance their performance, and individuals managing chronic pain.
With his strong communication skills and ability to connect with patients, Derick creates a supportive and motivating environment for their rehabilitation journey. He is skilled in implementing therapeutic exercises, providing manual therapy techniques, educating patients, and utilizing modalities to relieve pain and improve mobility.
Derick has accomplished many achievements during his career including the privilege of traveling with the renowned tennis player Serena Williams, helping her achieve peak physical performance until her decision to evolve from professional tennis in 2022.
Derick stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuous education and professional development. He believes in a holistic approach to patient care, focusing not only on physical recovery but also on improving overall quality of life.
Outside of work, Derick enjoys staying active through hiking, teaching fitness classes, and practicing/performing circus arts.
Derick Pierson is committed to helping his patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence, and he looks forward to making a positive impact in their lives.
Miranda Brooks MS, OTR/L
Miranda Brooks MS, OTR/L is a native born and raised in central Florida. She migrated to the East coast about 10 years ago to be closer to the beach. In 2018 she became an OT b/c she loved being creative, getting to know her patients on a personal level and helping her patients maximize their independence after an accident, injury, or physical delay from birth. Her cousin was born with spina bifida, and she personally witnessed how OT made a huge, positive difference in her life and continues to be inspired by her independence.
Miranda attended Barry University in Miami, FL and has learned from a well rounded base of experiences in primarily outpatients settings. She is passionate about manual therapy with an emphasis on hand and upper extremity therapies. One of the many things that makes her unique is her passion and experience in treating both pediatric and adult patients. She has treated many different ages across the lifespan.She believes everyone has their own story, limitation and goals, and this drives her patient experience and education to an individualized, personalized approach.
She is Graston certified, has completed multiple manual therapy courses and plans to sit for her CHT exam in the future. She offers customized splinting and orthosis fabrication when necessary for her patients
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, participating in Pilates, hiking (out of state), and traveling.
Ashley Foley
Ashley Foley was born and raised in the Palm Beach County area spending many days enjoying the natural wonders of the state. She enjoys spending much of her time reading and enjoying historical documentaries.
Currently pursuing a degree in Education with a biology focus she aspires to work with children to instill a love of learning everything about the world around them.
Naomi Bohannon
Naomi Bohannon is a native to Florida, born and raised in Broward County. In 2010 she moved to Loxahatchee with her large family of six and then a few years ago to a small farm where Naomi and her family raise cows, chickens, and a vegetable garden. In her spare time she loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking. Most of her career has been in the pharmacy industry working in various settings and specializing in customer service. This experience has prepared her well for this position. She has a passion for helping people in the healthcare field and is excited to be a part of the Saylor Physical therapy team.
