What is Corrective Exercise?
Corrective exercise is defined as any exercise planned and performed to attain a specific physical benefit. For example, strengthening of weak muscles, increasing joint flexibility, increasing joint stability, increasing or maintaining range of motion, or improving cardio vascular performance.

Fear of unsupervised exercise is common amongst people who have a complex medical history, have experienced an injury or have been inactive for a long period of time. Having proper supervision can better assist you to achieve your goals in a safe and controlled environment.

30 Minute Sessions:
Single session = $40
Eight (8) Sessions = $38 (per session) $304 total
Sixteen (16) Sessions = $35 (per session) $560 total

60 Minute Sessions
Single Session = $55
Eight (8) Session = $50 (per visit) $400 Total
Sixteen (16) Sessions = $45 (per visit) $720 Total
