Dr. Lauren Kratofil, pt, dpt
Dr. Lauren Kratofil, PT, DPT, earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida International University, graduating number 1 in her class. She has experience in a myriad of environments and enjoys working one on one with her patients.
She also plans on becoming manually certified in the near future. Lauren was born and raised in Pompano Beach, Florida and loves the beautiful sunny weather. Her love of physical therapy stems from watching and learning from her uncle who has been a physical therapist for over 30 years.
She was inspired as she watched him have such a positive impact on his patient’s lives and quickly fell in love with the profession. She enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with her husband at their family cabin in Montana..

Dr. Rachel Hagiel PT, DP
Dr. Rachel Hagiel PT, DPT was born in New York and raised in South Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences Pre-Clinical from the University of Central Florida in 2015 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2019.She has experience in outpatient and home health settings which include orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, and gait conditions. In addition, she has experience being a clinical director in an outpatient facility. Her passion for physical therapy developed after receiving physical therapy due to an injury from a car accident. She loves to help patients reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
Outside of the clinic Rachel enjoys going to the gym, going to restaurants, exploring the outdoors, doing water activities, traveling, as well as spending time with her family, friends, and her dog.
Lovell Lopez PTA, PT
Lovell Lopez PTA, PT, a native of Pahokee, FL, proudly carries his rich Filipino and Cuban heritage. Raised in a family deeply rooted in combat sports from his father’s lineage, academics and medical professionals from his mother’s, Lovell found his passion in bridging the realms of physical training and medical care. This unique upbringing inspired him to push the limits of mental and physical endurance while emphasizing the importance of healing and recovery.
Lovell’s professional journey began with a degree from South University in 2011. Prior to this, he had accumulated four years of hands-on experience as a PT Tech. In 2020, Lovell further pursued his love for fitness by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association, focusing on helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Specializing in combat sports, Lovell works as an independent contractor for Bare-Knuckle Fighting Championships, Prospect Amateurs, Raynelo Boxing Management & KOmmunity BoxFit. His role involves training and preparing fighters throughout their camps and during events by applying his knowledge of biomechanics, strength and conditioning, and recovery protocols to enhance his fighters’ competitive edge.
Lovell finds immense satisfaction in helping others reach their achievements and goals, whether in recovery or development. His purpose is driven by the positive impact he can make on their journey, both physically and mentally.
During his free time, Lovell enjoys staying active through training, spending quality moments with his son, family, and friends, and finding relaxation. Whether traveling or simply hanging out by the shore, Lovell cherishes these moments of tranquility and rejuvenation. It’s a very important part of the therapy, recovery, and restoration that he practices and tries to implement with his clients.
Dr. Kevin Wolak PT, DPT
Dr. Kevin Wolak PT, DPT was born and raised in Illinois where he played numerous sports growing up. He continued playing golf collegiately for Black Hawk College where he injured his back, sidelining his playing. Through physical therapy, he was able to return to competing and this ignited his passion for physical therapy and wanting to help athletes return to their sports. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences in the pre-clinical track from the University of Central Florida in 2018. He went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from West Coast University in Los Angeles, California.
Throughout his clinical experiences he has seen a multitude of musculoskeletal injuries and worked with a wide variety of individuals. Kevin believes in meeting individuals where they are, helping them to recover and become the best versions of themselves through functional movements. He is planning on earning his Titleist Performance Institute certification alongside becoming a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist in the first few years of his career.
Sarah Mohler LPTA, PTA
Sarah Mohler LPTA, PTA was born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. After a few years, she decided to go back to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant,and graduated from Indian River State College at the top of her class in 2022.
Her plan is to enhance her education in various manual therapy techniques and pilates for rehabilitation. She was a cheerleader for over 10 years and a high school level side-line and competitive coach. She has a passion for the sport and would love to be able to help young athletes as well as others reach all their physical goals and return to optimal function.
When she’s not working she enjoys spending time on the water, exploring the outdoors, discovering new restaurants and eating good food,traveling, and spoiling her rescue pups Remmy and Chester!
Carlos Aguilar LPTA, PTA
Carlos Aguilar LPTA, PTA graduated from South University in 2012 and recently completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with Keiser University in 2022. With 11 years of experience in the physical therapy field, Carlos has worked in multiple settings including inpatient, home health, skilled nursing, and as an independent contractor working at multiple clinics learning different techniques to maximize his quality of care. Outpatient Physical Therapy is the setting he is the most passionate about. He has experience working with patients with chronic pain, sports injuries, car accident injuries, and pre and post-operative physical therapy.
He loves to help his patients decrease their pain, restore their mobility, improve their strength, and balance to help them reach their personal goals. He believes education on body mechanics and ergonomics is important for injury prevention along with constant maintenance of exercising to prevent injury. “ Maintain what you’ve Gained” is his motto. His approach is big on manual therapy and is working on becoming a certified Mulligan Concept Practitioner. Carlos believes bedside manner and education are as important as the quality of care in the clinical setting since we are dealing with an overall individual and not just a single body part. He strives to maximize results while making sure all of his patient’s needs and questions are answered in a prompt manner. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, taking his 6-year-old son to his soccer games and swim classes, and brushing up on his skillset to become a better clinician.
Addison Workinger
Addison Workinger is currently still in High School and Dual enrolled at Palm Beach State College to get her Associates degree. After high school, she plans on going to get her Realtors License.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, boyfriend and riding horses. She already has 3 years of experience in customer service and loves being a part of Saylor Physical Therapy because our patients become family.
Samantha Morales
She began her career as a sales representative, where she developed a deep
understanding of customer relations, communication, and the importance of building trust. Her work in child care has strengthened her ability to multitask, manage crises, and provide compassionate care among multiple other skills. Coming from a big family has driven her passion to work with kids and overall just wanting to be the one to help others and make the world a better place. Life circumstances and events have led her to be the strong young woman that she is today and hence she would not change life’s challenges and obstacles that have been thrown her way as she believes that is what makes us stronger.
Over time she has learned how to balance professional demands with personal well-being which has helped her maintain sustained productivity and creativity. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her lovely husband. He is her best friend, going on date nights, movie nights and cooking. She also enjoys spending time with loved ones, also spending time on the coursework for her studies and overall just taking the time to expand her knowledge as she is committed to lifelong learning. She believes there is no limitation to what one can achieve and learn if you are willing to do it, you can do it.
