Dr. Brianna Carbrey, PT, DPT, Manual Therapy Certification Candidate
Dr. Brianna Carbrey, PT, DPT, Manual Therapy Certification Candidate, is originally from Saint Louis, Missouri, and she brings a strong Midwestern work ethic and a deep passion for patient-centered care to her role at Saylor Physical Therapy. She attended Maryville University in STL, MO and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Health Science (BHS) before earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT), building a strong academic and clinical foundation focused on evidence-based practice and individualized treatment.
Her professional experience spans both hospital acute care and outpatient settings. In the hospital environment, she has worked with patients recovering from cardiac events, trauma, surgical procedures, and neurological conditions—supporting them through some of the most critical phases of their recovery. In the outpatient setting, she specializes in restoring movement and function, reducing and/or managing chronic pain, and helping individuals return to the activities that matter most to them.
Since moving to Florida, she has been proud to join the team at Saylor Physical Therapy, where she provides one-on-one care as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in a setting that values individualized attention and results-driven treatment. She specializes in posture and positioning, taking a holistic, full-body approach to physical therapy that emphasizes movement quality, alignment, and long-term wellness. She focuses on the root causes of dysfunction rather than just symptoms. Every plan of care is crafted around each patient’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals.
Brianna is currently pursuing a certification in Manual Therapy and will soon become a Certified Manual Therapist (CMT). This advanced training enhances her ability to use skilled, hands-on techniques to improve mobility, relieve pain, and optimize recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Brianna enjoys taking Pilates classes in her free time. Pilates supports her professional philosophy of alignment, core strength, and mindful movement—and helps her stay connected to the principles she values in her practice.
At Saylor Physical Therapy, she is committed to helping each patient feel empowered, educated, and supported on their healing journey so they can live with confidence—one personalized session at a time.
Schedule an appointment and we look forward to providing you with quality, individual, one-on-one care for one full hour.
