Christen Painter LPTA, PTA
Christen Painter LPTA, PTA ggrew up in Key West, FL where she was big into Track and Field, and was recruited to run for Western State College in the beautiful state of CO while studying Exercise Sports Science. Since graduating in 2016, she has worked with many great therapists and settings, providing her with a wealth of experience and growth. With her sports background, she has always loved working with orthopedic conditions however over the last few years she has worked in a vestibular setting, which has given her new challenges and a strong desire to continue to work with this population.
Both are rewarding to see the impact of successful interventions.
In her free time, Christen and her husband like to cruise the coast and local lakes on their skiff with their two dogs. She plays soccer in a co-ed league and loves watching soccer, specifically the premier league. Last but not least a fun fact about her is… Mexican food is her favorite.

Leann Cook
Leann Cook was born and raised in Muncie, Indiana, a mid-sized college town, home of the Ball State Cardinals. She attended Ball State University and chose to major in Nursing and minor in Business Management. She moved to Florida 10 years ago so her children could experience all the benefits of a warm climate. She has 3 amazing children, Zachary age 17 years, Logan age 16 years, and Ava age 12 years and she cannot forget my fur babies, Charlie Brown and two grand cats: Pacer James and Gracie Renee. She has been told her house is like a well-oiled machine with a splash of crazy.
She gets excited about learning new things and is passionate about helping others. She has an older sister who was diagnosed with a chronic condition that left her with significant disability. They are close in age but also best friends. Leann had the opportunity to see up close what it is like to be a caregiver to someone who has to constantly learn to accommodate and adapt to situations and surroundings. This experience has been a precious gift for learning not to take simple tasks for granted. She looks forward to being part of the Saylor family/team and learning new ways to help others.
Schedule an appointment and we look forward to providing you with quality, individual, one-on-one care for one full hour.
