DR. ASHTON LEWIS, PT, DPT
Dr. Ashton Lewis, PT, DPT earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida in 2016 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in 2020. Her educational background includes extensive manual therapy training, and she has completed orthopedic coursework in spinal, myofascial, and upper and lower extremity evaluation, and manipulation. Ashton plans on continuing to learn and develop expertise throughout her career and she aspires to become a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist as well as an interest in becoming a certified Pilates Instructor. Her passion for the field of physical therapy is rooted deep in the care she provides as a clinician, embodying the philosophy that movement is medicine.
Ashton was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida. Outside the clinic, Ashton enjoys playing with and caring for her cat, Simon, who she spoils and loves beyond measure! Ashton is an annual pass holder for Disney so her weekends are often spent at the “Happiest Place On Earth.”

Dr. Caitlin Roggin, PT, DPT
Flagler College in 2010 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in 2018. Caitlin’s educational background includes extensive outpatient experience where she practiced and developed myofascial release and manual therapy techniques. She has spent the past 5 years working in the outpatient setting treating musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgical interventions and neurological diseases. Her passions include using functional movements to treat chronic pain, as well as, learning about the mind-body connection. She hopes to one day have a program for chronic pain patients that treats the mental and the physical impairments.

has two golden retrievers Theo and Macy. She loves her morning routine of meditation that she has practiced and developed at the Chopra center. She is extremely grateful to live in paradise and loves connecting with her clients!
Dr. Victoria Vittiglio, PT, DPT
Dr. Victoria Vittiglio, PT, DPT, also known as Tia, earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island in 2022 and her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire in 2017. Tia’s years of education focused not only on the science of movement and exercise prescription but also on extensive biomechanics, manual therapy/mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and evidence based practice for treatment of orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and balance/vestibular diagnosis.
She has furthered her education in rehabilitation of patients with neurological conditions by becoming a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist (CSRS) and LSVT-Big Certified clinician for Parkinson’s Disease. Tia’s interests span a wide range as she enjoys treating sport specific injuries/athletic rehabilitation, amputee rehabilitation, and anything that helps restore a patient’s functional mobility and confidence to return to activities they love. Tia plans to continue her growth as a clinician by pursuing a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and working towards furthering her education in manual therapy techniques.
Originally born and raised in Massachusetts, Tia decided to take her skills to a warmer climate where she enjoys all of the outdoor activities Florida has to offer – especially the beach, boating, and outdoor volleyball! If you have a dog, Tia will likely want to see pictures of it or invite you to bring your pup in for a visit!
Lisa Fossett, MPT
Lisa Fossett, MPT earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Central Florida in 2002 and her Master’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2006. As a specialist in sports-related injuries, Ms. Fossett has worked with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. She served as the Head Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer for The Washington Glory, D.C.’s professional fastpitch softball team, for two years.
Ms. Fossett has completed extensive manual therapy training and is currently working towards her Certification in Manual Therapy and a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy while completing her certification as a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, as well as becoming a certified Pilates instructor. Ms. Fossett is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Trainers Association. Lisa is also TPI certified as well.
Brittany Hulme LPTA, PTA
Brittany Hulme LPTA, PTA was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida and graduated from South University with her Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistance in 2019. Growing up, she was a competitive swimmer for 17 years and spent the majority of her time in the water and staying active. She is surrounded by a family of therapists in medicine, and being fascinated with anatomy/physiology is what inspired her to become a PTA.
Starting her career as a PTA 2 1/2 years ago Brittany has treated patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, musculoskeletal disorders, as well as those with balance/gait deficits. She treats patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics. Brittany is passionate about getting to know her patients, assessing any functional impairments and decreasing pain to help them live their life to the fullest. Obtaining this position at Saylor, she looks forward to utilizing her skill set in order to help patients reach their goals, improve daily functioning and overall enhance their quality of life. In addition, Brittany would like to further her training and education in manual therapy, neurological disorders and lymphatic drainage.
Outside of work Brittany enjoys CrossFit, line dancing, good food, gardening, spending time with family/friends and playing ball with her pup Gia.
Jeana Young, LPTA, PTA
Jeana Young, LPTA, PTA is from the Kansas City, Missouri area. She took a huge
leap of faith and recently moved to Florida to enjoy the coastal lifestyle and escape the long winters. Jeana earned her Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Penn Valley Community College where she graduated with Honors in 2014. She is currently enrolled at George Washington University’s Bachelors Program in Clinical Operations and Healthcare Management.Jeana expanded her PTA career and therapeutic toolbox by earning certifications as a Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapist, Brain Injury Specialist, Health Coach, and Oncology Rehabilitation Specialist. Jeana plans to explore a Pilates Instructor Certification as well to serve the needs of the community. Jeana has had the opportunity to provide excellent care in the inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. While she has the capacity to improve the lives of all individuals, Jeana finds her passion helping cancer patients on their journey of recovery at any time from diagnosis through survivorship.
Jeana utilizes her free time to study and research new therapeutic techniques to be a better clinician and enjoy the beach and all that Florida has to offer. Jeana is excited to be part of Saylor Physical Therapy as she embarks on a new chapter of life.
Sarah Milton – LPTA, PTA
Sarah Milton – LPTA, PTA is a Physical Therapist Assistant who attended and graduated from Indian River State College in May, 2020 and received her A.S as well as her A.A in Organizational Management. Sarah grew up with the desire to help people in her community which led her to Physical Therapy. She loves to treat different orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions to better improve an individuals quality of life.
When she is outside of the clinic, she loves the outdoors and road trips with her husband, Justin, and her fur-baby, Loki
Sarah Oakes
Sarah Oakes was born and raised in Cumberland, Maine, and moved to Florida three years ago. She obtained her Certificate in Medical Assisting in 2020 from Indian River State College. She has seven years of banking experience and is excited to start a new journey in the medical field with Saylor Physical Therapy.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys playing doubles recreationally in her community and watching her son compete in the junior tennis world.
Emily Holland
Emily Holland was born and raised in Jupiter, and moved back home after earning her undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida. Emily is continuing her education with hopes of pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Emily was a gymnast her whole life and with that her love for sports has encouraged her to continue her interest of helping other athletes rehabilitate their injuries. Outside of work, Emily loves to travel, go to the beach, and hang out with her friends.
